Pricing

We assess each client’s needs on a case by case basis, and can provide a variety of services. For compliance with building performance and emissions standards, we generally offer at least the below three service offerings, which meet many clients’ preliminary needs for support. We provide representative pricing below, so visitors can get a sense of costs and assess their budget - contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Compliance Triage Package

I got a compliance letter, what now? I need to know my options and costs…

$2,500 - $4,500

For building owners who just received a compliance letter and don’t know what to do next - reduce headaches and let us do the work. Deliverable of a written memo including (1) whether the building or portfolio is in scope, (2) applicable deadline(s), (3) whether any exemption(s) apply and how to proceed, (4) recommended text steps. Portfolio pricing also available.

Lease Audit and Redline

I need to update my lease, but I’m not sure how…

$5,500 - $12,000

For owners with an existing lease (or template) who need strategic guidance. Services include review of lease terms against key aspects related to building performance and sustainability, a gap analysis with a prioritized action list, and redline provisions that require updating. Portfolio pricing available.

The Subscription Retainer

I need ongoing support as questions come up…

$1,500 - $3,000 per month

You’ve got questions - we’ve got support. Subscriptions are available for property managers or portfolio owners with multiple buildings and ongoing questions. Consider us your fractional, outside counsel, but with the ability to control costs. Pricing includes an agreed number of hours per month (approx. 5 - 7), and includes standing check-ins, and priority response time.
